About Vivi
Music Tells A Story
Vivi was born in San Antonio, Texas in August of 2005. At 10 months of age, she was diagnosed with a rare metabolic storage disease and required a bone marrow transplant. During her hospital stay, Vivi received music therapy daily. Her love of music was born!
Vivi began singing in her school choir at the age of 9, primarily singing classical and patriotic pieces. She continued on the path of classical music, receiving classical training and participating in local music workshops. At the age of 13, she auditioned for and was chosen as a first soprano for the Texas Children's
Choir. She quickly became a solo performer for the choir and was fortunate enough to travel to Hawaii to sing for the Battle of Midway 80th Commemoration Ceremony. At the age of 16, Vivi made the decision to move from classical music to pop/rock. After writing her own music for several years, Vivi was presented with the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced team of musicians, engineers and producers to bring her music to life. She recorded her first original song, Piece By Piece, in late 2023. Piece By Piece was released to all streaming platforms in February 2024. Download and share Caitlin's music to not only support young musicians, but to also bring awareness to rare diseases.
